Show Walkthrough
  1. 1
Let Baal Parvez (from the Old Camp mine) or Baal Kagan (from the New Camp) escort the hero to the Swamp Camp. Minimum Level 5 before the Baals will listen.
  2. 2
Get the daily swampweed ration from Fortuno. Give three stalks to Joru; he lays out how to impress each Baal.
  3. 3
Baal Namib: the hero has to address Namib uninvited on purpose. Lester interjects and saves face, then offers to stage a fake dialogue about the Sleeper. Have Lester walk you somewhere in the camp (laboratory, temple), agree on the script, then return to Baal Namib and deliver the renunciation-of-old-gods + Sleeper-vision lines. Namib signs off.
  4. 4
Baal Tyon: finish Kundenwerbung at Baal Kagan and pick the "Aufnahme im Sumpflager" reward - a prepared Dreamcall stalk. Hand it to Baal Tyon; he falls into a Sleeper-vision. Wait out the vision and he signs off.
  5. 5
Baal Orun: complete Ablösung für Ghorim (force Harlok to take over Ghorim's shift at the stampers). Baal Orun addresses the hero directly afterward and assigns Die Sumpfkrauternte - collect the full day's harvest from Balor and Viran and hand it over to Cor Kalom. Orun signs off and hands over a Sleep scroll as reward.
  6. 6
Baal Cadar: use the Sleep scroll from Orun on one of Baal Cadar's meditating students. Cadar takes it as proof of a gifted pupil and signs off.
  7. 7
Baal Tondral: complete Neue Seelen für die Bruderschaft by recruiting Dusty out of the Old Camp and delivering him to the Swamp Camp. Baal Tondral signs off.
  8. 8
With four votes in hand, return to Cor Kalom and list the Baals. Kalom hands over the light novice clothing. +3850 XP total.

The Brotherhood of the Sleeper keeps its novice robe behind a five-vote gate. Four of the five high Baals - Namib, Tyon, Orun, Tondral and Cadar - must speak in the candidate's favour before Cor Kalom will so much as look up from his bench. Joru sells the complete playbook for three stalks of swampweed, and Lester runs the staged Baal-Namib dialogue that opens the whole process.
