Balor

Balor is one of the novices of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper and leads a swampweed-harvesting crew out in the swamp under Baal Orun. He is not one of the fanatics - he does the cutting honestly enough, but on the side he has a quiet arrangement with Cipher at the New Camp tavern to move extra bundles past the temple for decent ore. He hands the hero the day's harvest when Baal Orun sends him for pickup - and if the hero asks the right question, he will name his New-Camp buyer for a fifty-ore advance.
