Harlok

Harlok is the slack-off novice of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper. On paper he shares the swampweed-press shift with Ghorim under Baal Orun; in practice he lies in a hut under Cor Kalom's laboratory near Fortuno sleeping off the rations while his partner bends his back alone. Polite reminders bounce off him. The hero only shifts him by beating him into obedience, after which Harlok grumbles his way over to the stampers and works the shift he had dodged for days.
