Fortuno

Fortuno is the quartermaster of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper, stationed under Cor Kalom's laboratory. He hands every brother the daily swampweed ration - three rolls of Black Sage for newcomers, at no cost, with polite warnings not to smoke them all at once - and trades the extra supplies on top: more weed for ore, and any healing herbs or berries the hero picks up on the trails between the camps. He is the camp's welcome counter, steady and unruffled, and keeps the ration book straight enough that nobody gets a second handout in a day.
