Apprentice in Khorinis

To gain access to the Upper Quarter, the hero can become a citizen of Khorinis by completing an apprenticeship with one of the three masters: Bosper (bowyer), Harad (smith), or Constantino (alchemist). The hero needs the approval of 4 out of 5 masters: Matteo, Bosper, Harad, Thorben, and Constantino. Constantino always approves unless the hero wants to become his apprentice, in which case the quest 'Plants for Constantino' must be completed. Lothar at the gate explains the citizenship requirement, and Matteo explains the apprenticeship system.

Walkthrough

Lothar at the gate to the Upper Quarter tells you that you need to be a citizen. Rupert and Regis provide further hints. Talk to Matteo in the first house on the left. He explains you need an apprenticeship with a master.

You need approval from 4 of the 5 masters. Constantino always says yes (free vote), so you need 3 more from:

**Matteo:** Complete 'Matteo and Gritta' (100 XP for approval)
**Thorben:** Complete 'The Blessing of the Gods' (100 XP für Zustimmung)
**Bosper:** Complete 'Pelts for Bosper' or 'Bosper's Bow' (100 XP for approval)
**Harad:** Complete 'A Great Challenge' or 'Bandit Raids' (100 XP for approval)

If you want to apprentice with Constantino, also complete 'Plants for Constantino'.

Once you have at least 4 approvals, go to your chosen master and start your apprenticeship (300 XP).
