The fourth circle of magic unlocks heavy-hitter runes: Great Fireball, Lightning Strike, Destroy Undead, Water Fist, Summon Golem and utility-at-scale effects like shrink-monster. Cost: 25 LP. Last circle taught by Corristo and Baal Cadar - at this point the Fire-Mage path has reached its Old-Camp ceiling and further progression only exists via Saturas at the Water Mages.
