The third circle of magic unlocks powerful runes: Ice Block, Ball Lightning, Small Fire Storm, Fear, Heal Medium Wounds, Create Skeleton, Thunderstorm. At this tier every school starts to differentiate sharply - Fire Mage offensive output diverges from the Water-Mage control focus. Cost: 20 LP. Trainers: Corristo (Fire Mages), Baal Cadar (Novices/Templars), Saturas (Water Mages).
