Farmer in Distress
Sarah reports that she has seen mercenaries at Akil's Farm. Upon arrival, Randolph (or alternatively Akil, Kati, Engardo, or Alvares) explains that Engardo and Alvares are trying to extort money from the farmers. The hero can recruit Mika from the city gate to help deal with the situation, provided he was previously given 10 gold. Alternatively, the hero can provoke the fight directly by repeatedly talking to the mercenaries or Akil, though this requires fast reflexes to claim the kill XP.

Walkthrough
Talk to Sarah in the Lower Quarter. She tells you about mercenaries at Akil's Farm.
Travel to Akil's Farm and speak with Randolph (or Akil, Kati, Engardo, or Alvares) to learn about the extortion.
Go to Mika at the city gate. If you previously gave him 10 gold, he agrees to help. He runs to Akil's Farm, follow him.
Once at the farm, Mika initiates the fight with Engardo and Alvares. You can join the fight yourself. Kill both mercenaries.
After the fight, Akil speaks to you. You can either demand gold (100 XP + 1 fried meat, 1 bread, 1 water) or decline payment (150 XP).
Talk to Mika afterwards for additional XP.
Alternative: Skip Mika and repeatedly talk to the mercenaries or Akil to trigger the fight between mercenaries and farmers directly. Be very quick to land the killing blows for the XP.
