Kati is the wife of the farmer Akil and takes care of the housework, finances, and feeding the farmhands at their homestead northeast of the city of Khorinis. Without her organizational talent, the farm wouldn't function half as well. She is a kind, strong-willed, and brave woman who doesn't shy away from directly confronting the mercenaries threatening her husband. When Alvares and Engardo showed up to collect rent, she desperately asked the hero for help. She stands loyal to the city and knows that the city-adjacent farmers are better off staying on good terms with the militia than relying on Onar's mercenaries. Secretly, she dreams of leaving the island and settling with Akil on the mainland – but they can't afford the passage and the pass to the Valley of Mines is a land of no return. When the Seekers appear and creep around the house, she can barely stand the dark devils any longer.
