Crossbow

Crossbow proficiency determines hit rate with crossbows. Crossbows deal high damage per shot but reload slowly, making them best for opening strikes rather than sustained fire. The skill is taught in two stages: Stage 1 (10 LP) for basic handling, Stage 2 (20 LP) for master accuracy. Scorpio is the only crossbow trainer in the Colony: in Chapters 2-3 he teaches only fellow Old-Camp guards, but after Chapter 4, when he flees the Old Camp over Gomez's orders and joins Cavalorn in the wilderness, he teaches anyone who can pay (200 ore Stage 1 / 300 ore Stage 2).
