The Weed Package
Cipher at Onar's Farm has lost his Swampweed Package and suspects Bodo stole it. After investigating, the trail leads to Dar instead. Cipher handles the confrontation himself. The package itself is hidden in the warehouse near the shipbuilder Garvell at the harbour, guarded by a warehouse guard. As a militia member, this quest overlaps with 'A Package Full of Weed' from Lord Andre.

Walkthrough
Talk to Cipher at Onar's Farm. He says his weed package was stolen and suspects Bodo.
Talk to Bodo (the farmer across from Torlof). He denies it.
Report back to Cipher and tell him that Dar stole the package. Cipher runs to Dar and beats him up. After Dar is knocked out, loot him for 10 Swampweed Stalks (useful for the quest 'For a Few Stalks of Weed').
Talk to Cipher about how it felt to beat up Dar (100-300 XP, chapter-dependent).
Travel to the warehouse next to the shipbuilder Garvell at the harbour. Kill the warehouse guard and take his key. Open the chest to find the Swampweed Package.
Return the package to Cipher (300 XP, 200 gold, and 10 Swampweed Stalks).
As a militia member: tell Lord Andre you threw the package into the harbour basin (see quest 'A Package Full of Weed').
