Pelts for Bosper
The bowyer Bosper, whose shop is on the right side when entering the city, requires 6 Wolf Pelts before the hero can become his apprentice or receive his endorsement for another master. Bosper teaches the hero the skill Take Pelts for this quest. His former apprentice Bartok can help with the wolf hunt.

Walkthrough
Talk to Bosper in the Lower Quarter. He wants 6 Wolf Pelts and teaches you Take Pelts.
Find Bartok at the gallows square below the barracks or at the marketplace. He offers to join you on the wolf hunt.
Hunt wolves together with Bartok. Skin them using Take Pelts to collect 6 Wolf Pelts.
Alternatively, hunt wolves alone on the way to Orlan's tavern or find pre-skinned pelts in the tents near Dragomir's camp.
