Walkthrough
Talk to Cord on the meadow near Pepe at Onar's Farm. He gives his vote if you have at least 30% in One-Handed Combat or Two-Handed Combat.
If you are below 30% in both, train your weapon skill to at least 30% with any trainer, then return to Cord (100 XP + his vote).
