Extract Bloodfly Stinger lets the hero remove the poisoned tail-stinger from a killed bloodfly without snapping the venom sac inside. The stingers are a valuable trophy and also serve as working weapons in their own right - a good bloodfly stinger hits as hard as a common short blade. Learned from a book, not a trainer.
