Skip

Skip is a guardsman of the Old Camp who runs the weapons issue at the castle - swords, crossbows and whatever else Gomez's men need, plus a side trade in odds and ends. He sells strictly to his own; anyone who walks into his yard without Gomez's or Thorus's say-so gets barked out fast. Send the hero in on Thorus's word with a hint of a boot to the rear and Skip softens quickly, turns polite and opens his stock.
