Jacko

Jacko is one of Lares' bandits who has set up his own little weed operation in a cave on the lake outside the New Camp - unofficial, off the books, and directly in competition with Cor Kalom's monopoly. When the Brotherhood hears that somebody is cutting their customers, Kalom sends the hero to shut the mixers down. If the hero lets Jacko walk instead of killing him, Jacko does not go back to the lake - he retreats to an outlaw camp deeper in the Valley of Mines and keeps his head down with the rest of the rogue crew. Either way the cave operation ends that day.
