The Mad Fellan
Alwin sits on a bench near Meldor's shop in the Lower Quarter, next to some sheep. He is driven mad by the constant hammering of Fellan and offers the hero gold to make him stop.

Walkthrough
Find Alwin on the bench to the right of Meldor's shop (near the moneylender) in the Lower Quarter. He offers gold to stop Fellan's hammering.
Go to Fellan and talk to him. He refuses to stop.
Knock Fellan out. Wait for him to get back up and talk to him again. He stops hammering.
Return to Alwin (50-250 XP, chapter-dependent + 30 gold).
