Fellan

Fellan is a citizen of the harbor district of Khorinis who spends all day hammering away at his house in a panic. He is convinced the rotting beams will collapse in the next rain – a fear not entirely unfounded given the dilapidated state of the harbor district, though it never comes true. The endless hammering drives all his neighbors mad, especially the butcher Alwin, who calls him "crazy Fellan." Neither gold nor kind words can make him stop – only a beating from the hero brings temporary silence, after which Fellan blames the hero should everything actually fall apart.
