Pyrokar

Pyrokar is the supreme Fire Mage on the island of Khorinis and head of the monastery. As an archmage, he leads the High Council consisting of himself, Ulthar, and Serpentes, and serves as the highest spiritual authority. He announces the chosen ones for the Test of Magic, administers the Oath of Fire, and elevates worthy mages to the High Council. He teaches the sixth circle of magic and the most powerful rune formulas, including Rain of Fire, Breath of Death, Wave of Death, and Shrink Monster. Pyrokar knows the secrets of the Eye of Innos, the Tears of Innos, and the Halls of Irdorath. When Pedro stole the Eye and the Seekers destroyed it at the Sun Circle, he sent the hero to Vatras. He initially refused to participate in the reversal ritual, distrusting Xardas' intentions – only when Xardas sent a long-lost book as proof of trust did he reluctantly agree, though solely to confront Xardas about hiding it. He heals the possessed with healing potions, collects and destroys the Seekers' almanacs, and equipped the hero with Innos' divine aura, teleport runes, and the Eye of Innos for the dragon hunt. He informed the hero about the Halls of Irdorath and pointed the way to the final battle against the master of the dragons.
