Patrick

Patrick is a mercenary who joined Lee after the fall of the Barrier and became friends with Cord at Onar's farm. His habit of trading with the bandits proved his undoing – when he visited Dexter's camp, the bandits enslaved him and shipped him to Jharkendar. There he was forced to work in Raven's gold mine, where he rose to become foreman of the other slaves. When the hero came to free the prisoners on behalf of the Water Mages, Patrick was initially suspicious but was convinced by the mention of Vatras' name. He knew the situation in the mine and understood that the captives – all farmers and laborers – would only agree to flee once the guards were dealt with. After the successful liberation, he led the slaves through the swamp to the Water Mages, who showed them the way out of the valley. He then returned to Lee and the mercenaries at Onar's farm.
