Talas

Talas is one of the novices of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper at the Swamp Camp - no fanatic, honest about his own limits, and in a bad way after the errand that was supposed to make him. Cor Kalom sent him out to collect the Almanac and the goblins ambushed him on the way back and took the book. He now sits on the temple square looking for someone to help him undo the damage. In exchange for a few ore up front he leads the hero to the goblin cave - and covers the hero's retreat from the safe side of the bridge. Later Cor Angar sends him again as a guide, this time to the Orc Cemetery for Baal Lukor's lost templars, and Talas walks the hero as far as the bridge before wishing him luck.
