Cutter

Cutter is one of the ranking guardsmen of the Old Camp and belonged to Gomez' very first followers from the days of the great uprising in the penal colony. After the takeover he settled into the castle, where he readily tells newcomers how the cells beneath the fortress have stood empty since the rebellion and that nobody willingly sets foot down there again.
