Vino

Vino is an elderly farmhand on Lobart's farm and a passionate wine lover. Friendly and easy-going by nature, he doesn't take rules and laws too seriously – he secretly runs a moonshine distillery in the forest behind the Khorinis lighthouse, hoping the militia never discovers it belongs to him. For a bottle of wine, he's willing to put in a good word with Lobart for helpful day laborers. The growing orc threat worries him deeply: he doubts the paladins will lift a finger to protect the farm and fears they'll all have to flee to Onar's estate. His worst fears come true when the Seekers appear on the farm – they drag Vino to the nearby stone circle and attempt to take control of his mind. Whether the hero can save him in time and bring him to the Monastery of the Fire Mages, where Pyrokar can help, remains uncertain.
