Raven

Raven was one of the ore barons of the Old Camp in the penal colony and Gomez's right-hand man. After the fall of the Barrier, he sold his soul to Beliar and was chosen to command the dark god's armies as general and lead the dragons to the mainland. With the surviving members of the Old Camp, he left the Valley of Mines and had pirates transport him to Jharkendar. Near Khorinis, he left Dexter as his deputy, who organized the bandits of the valley and orchestrated the kidnapping of numerous citizens forced to toil as slaves in Raven's gold mine. In Jharkendar, he set up camp near the warriors' manor and attempted to breach the Temple of Adanos, where the Claw of Beliar lay hidden. His failed rituals caused the earthquakes in the island's northeast and the awakening of the stone temple guardians. Through a dark ritual performed with the drugged novice Fortuno, he summoned the dead priest Khardimon and learned the temple's secret. When the hero finally caught up with him in the inner sanctum, Raven already carried the Claw. He fell to the hero in combat and paid for his pact with Beliar with his life.
