Servants of Beliar
The Servants of Beliar encompass all creatures, undead, and dark figures who serve the god of darkness and destruction. Beliar, who came into being when Innos divided himself and brought night and death into the world, bestows his followers with dark magic and unholy power. His servants include the dragons – ancient beings of immense might sent to the Valley of Mines – along with their lizardmen as lesser minions. The orcs follow Beliar as the central figure of their faith, demons rank among his most powerful agents, and undead guard his temples. Mortals too have entered his service – among them Raven, who was to lead the dragons to the mainland as Beliar's general, and the Seekers, former members of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper twisted into half-demonic puppets carrying out his schemes. From the summoning temples on Irdorath to the sunken city of Jharkendar, the dark god's influence runs deep, embodied above all in his artifact, the Claw of Beliar – the counterpart to the Eye of Innos and the incarnation of destruction itself.
