Dexter

Dexter was a convict who rose to the rank of Shadow in the Old Camp of the penal colony, becoming one of the most influential men in the outer ring as a dealer in swampweed and potions from the Sect Camp. After the fall of the Barrier, he joined the former ore baron Raven and became his deputy on Khorinis. From a mountain camp atop a steep cliff near Onar's farm, he organized the bandits of the valley and orchestrated the kidnapping of numerous island inhabitants, who were transported by pirates to Jharkendar to toil as slaves in Raven's gold mine. On Raven's orders, he distributed wanted posters bearing the hero's likeness among the bandits. Despite everything, Dexter felt a certain gratitude toward the hero for freeing everyone from the Barrier and offered him a chance to disappear. The hero refused – together with the stranded pirate Greg, he wiped out Dexter's entire gang. On Dexter's body, a letter was found that definitively confirmed Raven's responsibility for the kidnappings.
