The Bandits are outlaws who roam the forests and roads around Khorinis. Many of them are former prisoners of the Mining Colony who never found their way back into society after the fall of the barrier. They operate in loose groups, ambushing travelers and raiding remote farms. Despite appearances there is someone pulling the strings in the background - intercepted letters carry only a single signature: "D". The Bandits are not a joinable faction but appear as a constant threat throughout the game. Their strength ranges from poorly equipped thugs near the city walls to experienced and well-armed veterans deep in the wilderness.
