Adanos

Adanos is the god of balance, the scale of justice, and guardian of the equilibrium between the order of Innos and the chaos of Beliar. He came into being as the third god when Innos divided himself once more. When he placed himself between his quarreling brothers, the world came into existence at the very spot where he stood – a place where order and chaos coexisted. His gift to humanity is the life-giving water in all seas, lakes, and rivers, and after Beliar created death, he gave mankind the power of healing. The Water Mages are his priests, who once split from the Circle of Fire to found the Circle of Water. The ancient people of Jharkendar also worshipped him and built a temple in his name. Since the creation of the world, Adanos has intervened three times: he sent the great flood when Beliar disrupted the balance, destroyed the people of Jharkendar when the Claw of Beliar threatened to corrupt them, and chose the Decider, who was to end the war of the gods impartially. His wish is that humans determine their own fate. Among his artifacts are five divine objects – two rings, an amulet, a crown, and a robe – which together grant the power to become the chosen one of either god.
