1. Talk to Franco to get the quest.
2. Speak to Edgor for the actual location description.
3. Travel to the Mansion of the Healers, guarded by several Stone Guardians.
4. One of the Stone Guardians carries the chest key — kill it and loot the key.
5. Open the chest and take the stone tablet.
6. Return the tablet to Franco (200 XP).

Franco wants an ancient stone tablet. He already tasked Edgor with it, but Edgor has no intention of actually searching. He provides a description of where to find it — one of the tasks gating access to the Bandit Camp via Getting Inside the Bandit Camp.
