The Message
In Chapter 2, the Water Mage Vatras asks the hero to deliver a sealed message to Isgaroth, a Fire Mage stationed at the small shrine between the Dead Harpy tavern and the Monastery of Fire. Before setting off, Vatras lets the hero choose one of three spell scrolls as advance payment: an Ice Arrow scroll, a Heal Light Wounds scroll, or a Light scroll. Upon delivering the message, Isgaroth rewards the hero with 2 Extracts of Healing and 200 XP — provided the message is still sealed. If the hero opened the message beforehand, Isgaroth gives nothing. Returning to Vatras and reporting the delivery earns an additional 100–300 XP depending on the current chapter (up to Chapter 3). Vatras then offers a final reward to choose from: 1 Ore Nugget, 1 King's Sorrel, or 1 Ring of Agility. The King's Sorrel is arguably the best choice, as it can be brewed into powerful permanent stat potions useful for any guild.
Rewards

Walkthrough
2. Accept the errand to deliver a message to Isgaroth.
3. Choose your advance reward: Ice Arrow scroll, Heal Light Wounds scroll, or Light scroll.
4. **Do not open the message** — delivering it sealed earns you an extra reward from Isgaroth.
5. Travel to the small shrine on the road between the Dead Harpy tavern and the Monastery of Fire. Isgaroth guards the shrine there.
6. Hand the message to Isgaroth. If sealed: 200 XP + 2 Extracts of Healing. If opened: no reward.
7. Return to Vatras and report the delivery (100–300 XP depending on chapter).
8. Choose your final reward: 1 Ore Nugget, 1 King's Sorrel, or 1 Ring of Agility.
9. **Tip:** Pick the King's Sorrel — it is an ingredient for permanent stat potions and far more valuable than the other options.
