In Chapter 3, Lobart on Lobart's farm says black men were on his property. Afterward, his wife Hilda fell ill and is bedridden. She asks the hero for medicine that can be obtained from Vatras. Bring the remedy to Hilda.

Walkthrough

1. Visit Lobart's farm in Chapter 3. Lobart tells you about the black men.
2. Talk to Hilda inside. She asks for medicine from Vatras.
3. Go to Vatras in Khorinis. Get the remedy.
4. Bring the medicine to Hilda (300 XP + 50 gold).
