Gold for Brutus

Side Quest | Chapter 2 – Return to the colony | Brutus | The Castle

Brutus, the torturer in the castle, wants the hero to recover his gold. His apprentice Den ran off with it. Den can be found among the Snappers shortly after meeting Jergan for the first time. Alternatively, paying 200 gold directly solves the quest immediately and unlocks Brutus as a trainer.

100-250 XP (chapter dependent). Brutus unlocked as trainer.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Brutus in the castle dungeon. He wants his gold back from Den.
2. **Quick option:** Pay 200 gold immediately (100 XP). Brutus is now available as a trainer.
3. **Long option:** Find Den near the Snapper area shortly after first meeting Jergan. Loot the gold and bring it to Brutus.
