Innos

Innos is the first and supreme of the three gods – the god of fire, light, law, and justice. He created the sun and light, paving the way for the universe to come into being. Since his light shone too brightly for mortal life, he created his brother Beliar, the embodiment of night, from himself. But the light caused Beliar pain and the eternal struggle between the brothers began – only when Adanos placed himself between them did the world come into existence. Innos chose the Eternal Wanderer as his first avatar and bestowed upon him the Scepter of Varant. His people erected great temples in Innos' name. His church is the imperial church of Myrtana, organized into Fire Mages and novices on one side, and paladins and knights on the other. Among his most powerful artifacts are the Eye of Innos, used in battle against dragons, the divine aura, the holy Hammer of Rhobar I, and the legendary Tears of Innos, which grant drinking fire priests superhuman power. His followers are bound by the commandments of truth, obedience, and law.
