    Speak to Ulbert in the Old Mine storage shed and give him something to drink. He tells the hero the shed key was stolen and Aleph is involved.

    Find Aleph and buy the shed key off him.
  3. 3
    Return to Ulbert and lure him away from the shed: tell him to go to Ian because the men are eating. Ulbert leaves his post.

    Open the chests in the shed with the bought key and take the contents.
  5. 5
    Let Ulbert speak to the hero again at Ian's desk to close the journal entry. +75 XP.

Ulbert watches over the storage shed in the Old Mine and has been doing it longer than the key would suggest. A little drink loosens his tongue: the shed's key was stolen, and Aleph is the one who moved it. The proper loop is to buy the key off Aleph, send Ulbert on a break with a plausible excuse, loot what the chests hold and let Ulbert chat again on his way back. Every step stays profitable as long as the hero keeps moving.
