Shrat

Shrat is a novice of the Brotherhood of the Sleeper who has quietly walked out on the sermons. The gurus' talk of the Sleeper, the ritual scolding for addressing anyone uninvited, the drumbeat of missions of the utmost urgency - Shrat has heard it all and decided the whole camp is losing its mind. He lives in a hut out in the swamp near the Swamp Camp, keeps to himself, and greets the hero with open good humour and a willingness to travel. If the hero invites him along he tags on as a loyal travelling companion for a stretch, helps plunder a goblin or two and splits the ore before he eventually slips back to his hideout in the reeds.
