Sengrath

Sengrath is a knight stationed at the castle in the Valley of Mines, assigned together with Udar to guard the orc siege ramp through which the hero enters the fortress. He is the first to greet the hero upon arrival, excited that someone made it through – though disappointed to learn the original messenger did not survive the pass. He directs the hero to Commander Garond and points to Tandor for weapons, Engor for general supplies, and Keroloth for combat training. Sengrath himself sells spell scrolls and magical items to the defenders. His fate took a tragic turn when exhaustion caused him to drop his crossbow from the castle wall. An orc snatched it and ran. Sengrath chased the orc to the great palisade and killed him, but on the way back was overwhelmed by a group of orcs and slain. The hero later found his body and returned the crossbow of Sengrath to his companion Udar.
