Ruga

Ruga is the best crossbow marksman in the Khorinis militia and trains his comrades in the barracks in the use of the crossbow. He also helps militia soldiers, paladins, and Fire Mages improve their dexterity – as he likes to point out, dexterity and ranged combat go together like crossbow and bolt. Mercenaries and outsiders are turned away, though he suggests they speak with Lord Andre if they wish to join the militia. He holds one of the keys to the city towers where the militia stores its weapons.
