Lutero

Lutero is a merchant in the Upper Quarter of Khorinis who specializes in rare and unusual items. So far he has always managed to fulfill his customers' wishes. He once possessed one of the six Blood Chalices but had to pawn it to the moneylender Lehmar over unpaid debts of 200 gold coins. For a current commission, he needs the claws of a particularly powerful snapper – not ordinary ones, but those of a pack leader that has killed many men. Such a creature is said to dwell in the Valley of Mines. As a reward, he offers Fire Mages a runestone and everyone else a Ring of Invincibility. The runestone was stored by a friend in a chest in a cave near the city, for which Lutero hands over the key.
