Larius

Larius is the governor of Khorinis, residing in the town hall of the Upper Quarter alongside his secretary Cornelius. Officially the most powerful man in the city, his authority was effectively stripped when Lord Hagen and the paladins arrived. Nevertheless, he still claims power and threatens anyone who disturbs him with jail – even paladins and Fire Mages. Under his leadership, the militia was a complete shambles until Lord Andre replaced him as commander and significantly improved their effectiveness. His nephew Agon serves as a novice at the monastery. Despite the hero presenting evidence that the judge had Larius ambushed by bandits, the governor dismisses it as nonsense and threatens imprisonment for anyone who dares tarnish the judge's name again.
