Ingmar

Ingmar is a paladin in the service of King Rhobar II who accompanied Lord Hagen to Khorinis and serves in the Upper Quarter's town hall as a specialist in orcish warfare. He knows orc tactics inside out: their commanders are the cornerstone of every attack strategy and are always surrounded by hordes of warriors. When the hero reports that several orc leaders are gathering near the city, Ingmar immediately recognizes the danger – the orcs are planning a strike force attack from within. He sends the hero to locate the orcish colonel, the highest-ranking warlord, who has holed up in a cave near Lobart's farm. By eliminating the colonel, a major offensive against the city is temporarily averted. Beyond his strategic expertise, Ingmar also serves as a strength instructor – his students can become as strong as a troll. He remains unwavering in his faith in Innos and shows no doubt that the orcs will ultimately be defeated, despite the seemingly hopeless war.
