Halvor

Halvor is a fish merchant in the harbor district of Khorinis whose shop sits between the brothel and the passage to the deep-sea harbor. His wife Fenia runs a market stall on the other side of the quay. Behind the facade of a simple fish dealer, however, hides a member of the thieves' guild – Halvor is involved in shady dealings and has even worked with bandits from outside the city. For "special friends" he has "special fish" on offer, with messages and valuables hidden inside. He buys stolen silver chalices and plates from guild members at good prices. An incriminating note about his bandit dealings can either land him in jail or persuade him to grant the hero access to his special merchandise.
