Greg

Captain Greg is the leader of the pirates of Khorinis and one of the most dangerous and feared buccaneers in the known world. His camp lies on the beach of the hidden Valley of Jharkendar, accessible only through a concealed sea route through cliffs and reefs. Greg did business with Raven's bandits, transporting their captives by boat into the valley, until payments stopped. When his ship was sunk by the paladins' Esmeralda in a naval battle, he survived as the sole member of his crew and washed up on Khorinis. There he disguised himself as a peasant, searched for Dexter to find a way back to the valley, and had the hero dig up his buried treasures. Together with the hero, he wiped out Dexter's gang. He eventually slipped through the Water Mages' dimensional portal back to Jharkendar, whipped his crew into shape, and accepted the hero into the pirates. Greg is domineering, suspicious, and ruthless – but he rewards good work and keeps his word.
