Fernando

Fernando is an overseas merchant in the Upper Quarter of Khorinis and a member of the Araxos trading guild. During the time of the Barrier, his business thrived – his ships transported magical ore to the mainland and brought back food and goods. But after the fall of the Barrier and the severing of sea connections to the mainland, he faces ruin. In his desperation, he began dealing with bandits – at first only provisions, but soon they demanded weapons and threatened to kill him. His arms deliveries did not go unnoticed: the militia soldier Martin was tasked with finding the weapons smuggler, and the hero gathered the evidence – Fernando's initials on the bandits' swords, his guild ring, and a signed supply list. To make matters worse, Fernando was later cursed by the Seekers with their dark gaze and could lose control of his body at any moment.
