Fenia

Fenia is a friendly vendor in the harbor district of Khorinis whose market stall stands across from the tavern "The One-Legged Klabauterman." She is married to the fish dealer Halvor and knows the harbor district inside out. She always has helpful tips for newcomers – she knows where to find other merchants, points visitors toward Kardif's harbor tavern for entertainment, and recommends the paladins' impressive war galley as a sight worth seeing. Recently she witnessed a thief with a stolen bow flee through the harbor district from the lower city and leap into the harbor basin before the militia arrived – much too late, as usual.
