Ring of the Priest
The Ring of the Priest grants +5 mana on its own. As part of the Priest Set, two rings combined grant +15 mana, and the full set with the Amulet of the Priest grants +40 mana. Two copies exist in Jharkendar: one in the canyon at the end of the mine, and one in the Healers' Manor by the chests.
