Fear Scroll

A scroll containing the Fear spell from the 3rd Circle of Magic. The target panics and flees for 5 seconds. Can be found in the cave beneath Hosh-Pak's rocky ledge where Olav's body lies, and in the topmost floor of Xardas' old tower in the Valley of Mines.
