Minecrawler Warrior

The minecrawler warrior is a significantly more dangerous subspecies of the minecrawler. Its chitinous carapace is far more robust than that of common workers and nearly impenetrable. Its pincers are reinforced and equipped with claws. During the time of the Barrier, warriors were only found in the Free Mine of the Valley of Mines, but after the Barrier fell, they were spotted throughout the rest of the valley as well. They can also be encountered in the Valley of Khorinis and in Jharkendar. The plated carapace of a minecrawler warrior is a coveted trophy – multiple plates can be crafted into excellent armor, for which a special belt even exists that provides additional protection against fire and magic.
