Giant Rat

The giant rat is a timid rodent that prefers eating over fighting. It feeds primarily on carrion and decaying flesh. Giant rats live in groups and inhabit both the wilderness of the Valley of Khorinis and the sewers beneath Khorinis City. They can also be found in the Valley of Mines. Giant rats can grow to half the size of wolves and tend to cluster together in packs. While they pose little threat to experienced fighters, groups of them can be a nuisance to careless travelers. Wolves frequently hunt them as prey.
