Biter

Biters are small, two-legged creatures without arms, with yellowish-brown skin and a harness around their heads. They are related to scavengers but possess a maw with enormous teeth instead of a beak. The orcs keep them as pets – they are fairly weak and yield plenty of meat, but one should not end up having to run from them, as they are extremely fast. During the time of the Barrier, they lived together with the orcs in the orc territory of the Valley of Mines. After the fall of the Barrier, they were also sighted in the canyon of Jharkendar. A hunter can extract their teeth and claws as trophies.
